• when you register to use the services of theHoneymoonGift.com you are certifying that all information supplied by you is complete and accurate. Inaccurate or missing information will prevent you from being able to complete the registration process or may result in cancellation of your registry
• theHoneymoonGift.com is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any information entered into the registration forms of subscribers and does not guarantee the accuracy of the subscriber content
• theHoneymoonGift.com may provide links to resources and web sites that it feels may be useful or of interest. If you chose to visit these sites or view these resources you are doing so voluntarily and that theHoneymoonGift.com is not responsible for the content or accuracy of these resources and sites.
• theHoneymoonGift.com reserves the right to advertise and post notices, promotions and special offers at it’s discretion
• the minimum purchase price for a Honeymoon Item is $25.00.
• theHoneymoonGift.com will retain 8% of the value of the Honeymoon Items purchased as a processing fee.
• the registry will close one week after the scheduled wedding date unless the couple requests otherwise.
• two checks will be mailed to the registered address for the amount of items purchased at the time of the mailing less theHoneymoonGift.com’s processing fee. The first check will be mailed approximately one month before the wedding and the final check approximately three business days after the registry is closed.
• any amount of the honeymoon cost not donated by guests is the responsibility of the registered party to pay.
• registry content must not be offensive in nature. theHoneymoonGift.com reserves the right to edit or delete content if it is deemed inappropriate.
• modifications are not allowed on items that have been purchased .
• images/icons in shopping cart are not necessarily of the actual product being offered.
• theHoneymoonGift.com reserves the right to cancel a registry at any time. Items purchased at time of cancellations less theHoneymoonGift.com’s processing fee will be mailed to the registered address within five business days.
• theHoneymoonGift.com is in no way responsible or liable for the cost of the honeymoon.
• theHoneymoonGift.com can not be used to raise money for any illegal purpose.
• if the Honeymoon gift check is lost or stolen it is the registered parties responsibility. The registered party can call 1-866-389-3323 and request a stop payment. theHoneymoonGift.com will issue another check less the cost of the stop payment fee of $35.00 after confirmation has been made that the payment has been stopped.
• returned checks will be charged a $35.00 fee
• if a credit card transaction is disputed/reversed, or a check is returned from a guest’s purchase after the final check has been mailed to the couple, the couple agrees to pay theHoneymoonGift.com the amount of the returned transaction within 30 days of notification. A charge of .0589 % per day, compounded daily will be assessed on all past due amounts after the 30 days. This is equal to an annual percentage rate of 21.5 %.
• Honeymoon Items purchased by guest will not be refunded by theHoneymoonGift.com.
• theHoneymoonGift.com will deduct the amount of any returned checks or credit card transactions from the Honeymoon Items gift total.
• you will provide accurate and complete information for use in setting up the registry.
• you will create a password upon registration. You will be responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information, and will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account.
• theHoneymoonGift.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the user, but such changes will only become effective after they are posted on this site and will not impact existing registries
• you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless theHoneymoonGift.com, it’s owners, officers, employees or agents from and against any claim, liability, cost, damage or loss it may incur (including without limitations legal or accounting fees) as a result of:
  • your use of member content or theHoneymoonGift.com content.
  • any content provided by you.
  • any violation by you of your obligations under this Agreement.
  • any violation by you of the rights of others.
• theHoneymoonGift.com does not warrant or represent that our content is accurate, error free, truthful or reliable or that your use of such material will not infringe rights of third parties. theHoneymoonGift.com does not warrant that the functional aspects of the website will be error free or that this website or the server that makes it available are free of virus or other harmful components. If your use of this website or our content results in the need for servicing or replacing property, material, equipment or data theHoneymoonGift.com is not responsible for those costs
• if any provision in this agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it will be enforced to the furthest extent possible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This agreement, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Ohio (except with respect to choice of law), as if the agreement were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed in Clinton County, Ohio. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of , or relating to this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cincinnati, Ohio and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

• free printable invitation inserts you may print out and place in your wedding invitations to let guests know you are registered with theHoneymoonGift.com. If you wish us to print personalized invitation inserts and mail them to you, there is a charge of $4.00 for 48, $6.00 for 96, and $8.00 for 144. (click here to see available styles)
• an email update alerting you a gift has been purchased from your registry.
• an online registry page showing the number of each gift purchased from your registry.
• an online givers list showing the names of guests and the item(s) they purchased.
• two Honeymoon gift checks (per the terms and conditions of thehoneymoongift.com.)
• a Keepsake Givers List - a list of the guests and item they purchased. This beautiful list may be printed out and is suitable for inclusion in your honeymoon photo album or scrap book as a lasting reminder of those who helped you have the honeymoon of a lifetime. Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Program:

You agree that:

• Your company will recommend theHoneymoonGift.com to clients planning their honeymoon.
• theHoneymoonGift.com will pay 15% of our 8% fee to you for every gift purchased for a couple that was referred to us by you.
• the couple must notify us (when they create their registry) that they were referred by your company (in the "how heard" section of the create registry form)
• theHoneymoonGift.com will pay your commission (if any) on a monthly basis.
• Checks will be made out and mailed to the contact name and address on file. Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that the information is current.
